She employs a person-centered and collaborative approach to therapy. Seyda is dedicated to supporting her clients on their path to well-being, assisting them in processing trauma, fostering growth, healing, and achieving their goals, all while uncovering their inner strengths and resilience.

Seyda firmly believes in the transformative power of a positive therapeutic relationship. She is committed to creating a non-judgmental, empathetic, and culturally sensitive space where clients feel comfortable and safe to share their thoughts and experiences.
